Holiday Club – Terms and Conditions
Provided by Kats Dance Academy
1. Age Range
Our Holiday Club is open to children aged 4 to 13 years.
2. Session Times
- Morning Session: 8:00am – 12:00pm
- Afternoon Session: 1:00pm – 5:00pm
- Full Day Session: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Please ensure your child is dropped off and collected on time. Late collections will result in additional charges.
3. Activities
Children will enjoy a range of fun and engaging activities, including:
- Dance
- Yoga
- Sports
- Arts & Crafts
- Film Time
- Food Making
- Games
Activities are planned to suit different ages and abilities. Please note, activities may vary slightly each day.
4. Meals and Snacks
- Breakfast and lunch are included for all full-day and morning attendees.
- Lunch and an afternoon snack are included for afternoon attendees
- Water and juice are provided throughout the day
- You must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking.
5. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings must be made through ClassForKids.
- Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Cancellation of booking - refunds are subject to management discretion
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible.
- We do not offer refunds for missed sessions, unless due to exceptional circumstances (at our discretion).
7. Behaviour Policy
We expect all children to behave respectfully and kindly towards others.
- Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in your child being asked to leave the session, and no refund will be given.
- We have a strict anti-bullying policy in place and expect our attendees to always adhere to this.
- Our staff will not tolerate abusive or disruptive behaviour from attendees or parents / carers. We will treat everyone with respect and appreciate the same in return
8. Safeguarding and Supervision
Our team is fully trained and DBS checked.
- Children will be supervised at all times in a safe and supportive environment.
- You must provide accurate emergency contact details and any relevant medical or behavioural information during booking.
- You must provide a secondary contact in case of emergency
- Parents / carers will not be permitted to remain on site during the holiday club sessions.
- No child will be allowed to leave the building without a parent / guardian (unless otherwise arranged in advance). Your child’s safety is paramount to us.
- Kats Dance Academy cannot be held responsible for any injuries incurred during sessions. Staff ensure a safe environment at all times, and will notify you of any injuries
- By signing up to holiday club sessions, you agree to staff providing first aid as necessary.
9. Clothing and Personal Items
- Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for active play.
- Please label all items such as water bottles, jackets, etc
- We advise that personal items and valuables are not brought to sessions.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
- Mobile phones are not permitted. Any attendee found using a mobile phone will have the phone confiscated and returned at the end of the session.
10. Photography
Photos or videos may be taken from time to time for promotional use (e.g. on our website or social media).
- If you do not wish your child to be included, please let us know in writing at the time of booking.
11. GDPR
· We store emergency contact details for safeguarding purposes
· Information will not be shared with third parties
· By signing up to holiday club sessions you give permission for us to store essential data
· We will only collect and process essential data when it is absolutely necessary, and when we do we will make it clear why we are collecting it, and how it will be used.
