UKA re exams have the child name only unless this is Medals or Regulated Grades and address and dates of birth is required•         

All information is destroyed if your child leaves Kats Dance Academy Contact via Facebook / Text / email or Phone call to send Dance Academy related information• Please let us know if you wish to opt out of this in the future
